Very good COVID-protocols in place is reassuring. Staff are friendly. A couple of long-term techs retired recently which is sad.
As a walk-in, I waited less than five minutes, a couple of minutes for check-in, then was sitting in a room. There were some questions regarding my requisition so my total visit time (from check-in to finish) was 35-minutes.
I timed it right: when I left, there were six people waiting in the designated waiting area. You can book appointments in advance on-line.
