Staff at the Junction , Yates and Fort street always professional and kind.
NOT same experience at Hillside and Shelbourn. Loud speak and bossy orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very pleasant to deal with. There may be a slight wait to be seen. One of the lab techs does such smooth job of taking a blood sample I barely feel nor does it leave a bruise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lately had to obtain blood work, and LifeLabs near me/on my way home is always jammed and no convenient for me advance appointment times. I chose the Hillside location for the work as it was somewhat convenient for me and had the earliest appointment. I am so glad I did! The staff are all very friendly and so professional. In and out in a jiffy each time so it appears they take seriously the sticking to a schedule part! Which I sure do appreciate. I will not hesitate to choose this location and return there in the future for any required testing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 weeks to get an appointment, take the time off work to go.. Sorry we don't do that here....
What is the point of a lifelabs that doesnt take samples? The entire province outsources to you, I basically dont have a choice of where to go.
Now I get to take some unknown time off work at some unknown time to use the save my spot feature. I hope I can get up early enough to get a spot before its booked solid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am impressed with the efficiency of service provided. My mother had to visit another location in February and it took more than 2 hours to get the job done. This morning it took less than 30 minutes to do the tests for 2 people. Thank you Hillside LifeLabs ???
