I am grateful for the help and I got used to the diet. I prepare my food and even my daughter is losing weight. They were very thorough in telling me how to change and made me conscious of all the important steps I needed to take.

From the scales that reveal all the details of my weight, to the informed doctors and nutritionists, they have introduced me to way of eating that is appealing, life-changing and rewarding. My weight-loss is permanent, proven over several years. The analysis by a physiotherapist and resulting weight training has brought about complete healing from hip replacement surgery and produced the best mobility of my 67 years. I love the relationship I have built with the whole team and feel cared for and guided. All questions are answered. The final blessing is having healthy food products available in the store, to support my new lifestyle. I will never leave. They are stuck with me for life!

I had the opportunity of working with both physiotherapists who I found to be very competent and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Special thanks to PT Michael who because of his keen observation and assessment skills a diagnosis was able to be made and my journey to recovery possible. Thanks again to all the staff!

The CDE Trainer, Daniel, makes sure your workouts are always well with you limit when you have an injury and pushes you to get your personal best all the time. He is an outstanding individual you are lucky if you have him as your trainer. Dr. Kellerman really cares for your well being and challenges you to get well at your own pace.

Daniel makes me work hard every time and I know when I’m sore later it’s because of him....but it’s the best workout sore...not pain! He is professional, listens to my concerns and needs then makes sure my workout is exactly what I want and need! Thank you Daniel for all our crazy but fun workout sessions! You have taught and helped me so much, I couldn’t be happier! 30lbs down from the Dr. poon life style change and from my workouts with Daniel! The staff of also very kind, welcoming and professional!

She really understands life challenges of working moms and work around the diet to help me reach my desired goals in weightloss. I met Daniel the best kinesiologist till date, He understands, listen and motivates me to reach beyond my limits in working out. Daniel has made working out & eating healthy a routine for me. Thank you Daniel for helping me achieve my goals and maintain healthy lifestyle. I never though working out could be so much fun :)

I have been participating in the physical conditioning program for 8 months and have experienced several changes in my health. I have noticed a marked improvement with my ROM, stamina, strength and over all well being. During the time at the clinic I have had three kinesiologists. All of them have been excellent with different styles. They have helped me tremendously in achieving the success I have had. They have been very professional and respectful in challenging me to do more every session. I am very disappointed this location is no longer offering this service. The only negative comment would make would be regarding the front office. While everyone was pleasant they never seemed to have enough parking tickets and never had petty cash.
