Ran to bank last minute to get money n she shortened initial meeting despite charging full fee. The meeting itself was very random n unorganized with no structure whatsoever. You’ve been warned...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having dealt with Sonia for several years now, I have come to appreciate what a wonderful therapist she is. She is very professional and yet still personable and easy to talk to. I found her to be extremely supportive through all our sessions. Her experience and guidance has been an enormous help ! I would certainly recommend her for anyone experiencing difficult times !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Sonia a year ago in the middle of a “life storm”. She was my first therapist and I didn’t know what to expect. From the very first session Sonia explained to me everything I needed to understand and apparently couldn’t before. She showed me a perspective and another way of thinking. We had a few more sessions and she made me feel better. Last month I reached out to Sonia asking for help with a family situation and this is where Sonia gave me a life saving support. She showed so much empathy, compassion, understanding and humanity which in combination with her professionalism did the impossible for me (sorry I can’t be specific here for obvious reasons). And every time we spoke, she just showed how much she cares about me. Sonia, I am so grateful to you for everything you have done for me and my family!

Sonia was a great help in getting my thoughts and confidence back on track. if you are having any struggles in life with work relationship or past issues I highly recommend spending some time with Sonia to get back on track.
