Experience très déplaisante. Je ne sais pas pourquoi ils ont de la difficulté avec le service à la clientèle à ce point là. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je constate manière de faire presque insultantes. Mais là ca va faire. Je rentre pour acheter un livre. Ils ne l'ont pas et doivent le commander. D'accord! La madame me dit et je cite : "si on commande vous pouvez pas changer d'idée là!". Je demande que veut elle dire par là. Elle me répond : "si tu trouve un meilleur prix ailleurs tu peux pas changer d'idée." Je me suis senti tellement insulté. Je ne sais pas si elle dit ça à chaque client où c'était juste à moi mais me semble ca se dit pas. On dit aucun retour aucun remboursement. Insultant certes mais questionnant aussi. Pourquoi ne pas reprendre un article dont le client n'a jamais pris possession. Un libraire peut retourner les invendus aux maison d'édition et récupéré leur argent. Deuxièmement de donner l'exemple donné, soit que le client trouve moins chère ailleurs insinue que les gens qui retourne des livres le font pour des raison financière. Et même pire encore que les gens qui cherche une aubaine ne sont pas bienvenue. Entk je suis allé chez médias Paul qui vendent toutes sortes de livre pas juste des livres religieux. Et je n'ai même pas eu à le payer d'avance! Et quand j'ai raconté ceci au monsieur caissier, il m'a dit : "ben voyons! mon but est que tu sois satisfait de ton achat, pas de te piéger dans ton achat." A l'avenir je me casserai pas la tête! J'irai ailleurs. Bonne journée
Very unpleasant experience. I don't know why they have such a hard time with customer service. This isn't the first time I've seen an almost insulting way of doing things. But that will do. I'm going home to buy a book. They don't have it and have to order it. OK! The lady said to me and I quote: "if we order you can't change your mind there!". I wonder what she means by that. She replies: "If you find a better price elsewhere, you can't change your mind." I felt so insulted. I don't know if she says that to every client or it was just to me, but it doesn't seem like it's said to me. It says no return no refund. Insulting, of course, but also questioning. Why not take back an item that the customer never took possession of. A bookseller can return unsold books to publishers and recover their money. Second, to give the example given, that the customer finds it cheaper elsewhere insinuates that people who return books do so for financial reasons. And even worse that people looking for a bargain are not welcome. Entk I went to Paul media which sells all kinds of books not just religious books. And I didn't even have to pay it upfront! And when I told this to the cashier, he said to me: "Come on, my goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase, not to trap you in your purchase." In the future I will not break my head! I will go elsewhere. Have a good day

Started going there when my son was in first grade and now he just started 5th grade. I just enter and give my list to one of the beautiful ladies there, they pick everything up then I just go pay.❤??

They refused to sell me the book that I easily got at another similar shop. They told me that procedure is changed and they can sell the book only after all students of "their" schools will get them. At the other book store I was able to buy a book with no issues. Added after owner's answer: If it is a procedure, why I easily got the book at the other shop? Are they following different procedures? It would be helpful if you will put information online that you are selling books only to "your schools" students, as last year I was able to by a book at your store. I just spent an hour to get to your store and was wery dissapointed.
