★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis venu faire nettoyer mon port de chargement mais je suis sortie de la avec un gros problem sur ma ligne et le micro ! En retournent labas ils prennent mon tellephone pour la journee juste pour faire un diagnostique apres toute la journee et il me dit “ peut etre que le problem c’est lhumiditer “ en sortent de la , la vibration de mon tellephone est endommager car le bouton marche pas toujours ! De llus quand il marche la vibration est beaucoup plus intense et fait un bruit assez fort ! Je croit quil n’y a aucune employer professionel ici seulement des amateur qui regarde des video youtube pour trouver la solution ! Extrement decu du service recu ! Le seul chose quil mon donner c’est plus de problem

In return labas they take my telphone for the day just to make a diagnosis after all the day and he says to me "maybe the problem is moisture" come out of it, the vibration of my telphone is damaging because the button works not always ! When he walks the vibration is much more intense and makes a loud noise! I believe that there is no professional employ here only amateur who is watching youtube video to find the solution! Extremely disappointed with the service received! The only thing he gives me is more of a problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire endroit pour faire réparer votre cellulaire. J'ai fais réparer mon écran de Iphone X qui est devenu tout noir un mois plustard. Ils refusent de me le changer. Ils m'ont installé un LCD au lieu d'un OLED, en plus de m'exiger de payer 140$ cash, il me donne de l'attitude parce que je refuse et me charge encore plus cher. N'allez pas là!!
Worst place to have your cell phone repaired. I had my iPhone X screen repaired, which went completely black a month later. They refuse to change it for me. They installed me an LCD instead of an OLED, in addition to requiring me to pay $ 140 cash, it gives me attitude because I refuse and charge me even more. Do not go there !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comme c'était le seul endroit ou j'ai trouvée un cover pour mon cell j'ai achetée MAIS le screen qu'il a mis dessu ne fit aucunement je dois m'en commander un nouveau sur internet.... il n'a jamais demandé si je préférerais un ou l'autre pcq oui il y avait d'autre choix.. un peu condescendant lorsque je lui dis que je vois les screen qui vont avec mon cell et qu'il ne voit rien.. parle avec un autre client/ami de chose dont j'ai aucunement besoin de savoir. Première et dernière fois... j'aurais dû attendre ma commande amazone sa m'aurais coûté moins cher et je ne serais pas obligée de me racheter un screenprotecteur ?
As it was the only place where I found a cover for my cell I bought BUT the screen he put on it didn't do anything I have to order a new one on the internet.... it doesn't never asked if I would prefer one or the other pcq yes there was another choice.. a little condescending when I tell him that I see the screens that go with my cell and that he sees nothing.. speaks with another thing client/friend that I have no need to know about. First and last time... I should have waited for my amazon order, it would have cost me less and I wouldn't have to buy a screenprotector ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’y ai fait réparer l’écran de mon iPhone plusieurs fois. Une fois, la nouvelle écran était défectueuse (je ne pouvais écrire sans que des lettres que je n’ai pas toucher apparaissent). Ils m’ont changé l’écran sans frais. J’y retourne une autre fois pour réparer à nouveau mon écran, même chose, écran défectueux, même défaut. Il me la change sans frais mais la nouvelle écran a le même défaut , seulement moin pire. Je leurs ai signifié que l’écran a le même défaut, Ils me regardent taper les touches et prétendent que l’écran n’a pas de défaut, le problème est que je tape trop vite! Cela fait plus de 10 ans que j’utilise un iPhone chaque jours, j’ai toujours taper à la même vitesse.. Je ne suis pas quel qu’un qui « m’astine », je quitte donc avec un écran défectueux et débourse à nouveau dans une autre « shop » pour la faire changer. Donc j’ai donc du payé 2 fois pour 1 écran neuf. 300$ en tout… c’est malheureux car les techniciens sont gentils, j’ai toujours été bien reçu la bas mais avec cette expérience, ils m’ont perdu comme cliente.

I told them that the screen has the same fault, They watch me type the keys and claim that the screen has no fault, the problem is that I type too fast! I've been using an iPhone for over 10 years every day, I've always typed at the same speed. I'm not someone who "bores me", so I leave with a faulty screen and pay again in another "shop" to have it changed. So I had to pay twice for 1 new screen. $300 in all... it's unfortunate because the technicians are nice, I've always been well received there, but with this experience, they lost me as a client.
