I found the two partners (sisters) to be very friendly, interested and helpful with details about settling in, that went beyond just taxation. They explained many of the government benefits services in detail and followed up by verifying we were receiving every benefit for which we are eligible.

With that attitude seems to me they don't care if the keep existing or get new customers. Maybe its time business in Cornwall start training their employees on customer service and how to treat your customers and tell them that the customers is their pay cheque and with no customers then no job.
