Give them benefit of the doubt. Second ordered Whopper Bundle. SUPPOSE to come with Apple Turnovers. Guess what’s missing. Don’t have it? Call.

J	Julia Gosse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by here on our way back into Ontario. Wasn't long till they were closing and they got us to pull out front. All of our food was hot, fresh and delicious. The worker who brought our food out was extremely nice also which is a bonus!

H	Hailey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went at 7pm. Out of the sauce for the peppercorn king burger. Out of the chicken parm. Out of mozzarella sticks. Ordered the rest of our meal and it took 15 minutes to make. Worker in the back had his mask halfway down his face the entire time, watched the girl working counter throw a container of Fries back into the warmer when she got annoyed by something. Got home and the buns were stale, fries were cold and the side of gravy that we paid for was 2/3 empty. Very frustrating and disappointing

Ordered an impossible whopper. Paid, employee tells me five minutes. Less than one minute later she yelled (yes... Yelled) that it was ready. Me: but you said five minutes Her: it's done Me Suspicious now, check the bag Open impossible whopper wrapper and remove bun. There is an oil (or something) in droplets on the patty that is indeed hot, but the patty itself is stone cold. ?? I ask them to cook it Response WE DONE IT Repeatedly the employee just stated "we done it" Now I do not know what "IT"was that they "done" but it was certainly NOT my patty. The manager (i guess, as he never identified himself as such) attended the scene, and after fixing him with my eye and telling him in a low, controlled voice that i would not accept their sloppy service and to give me my payment back immediately, he did just that. That was my only opportunity for a hot "meal" for that day. So from an essential worker to burger king Thanks so much for absolutely nothing, instead i eat crackers and two oranges (probably healthier lol) Enjoy your day my friends! ??
