★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone here for the last couple of years and the guy I dealt with was great (manager I think), he was personable and knowledgeable.
The only reason why I am giving 1 star is because when I went there this season I was dealing with a lady who didn't know how to properly do student taxes and almost shorted me $200. I went somewhere else for a second opinion and was told I would get money back so I went back to her and kindly asked her to fix the mistake and she was rude, unprofessional and yelled at me in front of other customers.
She ended up refusing me as a customer which is fine but also refused to give me back my documents that had my SIN number on it (so its rightfully mine). It is so unfortunate that she is an employee there because I would continue to go. I would not recommend this place to anyone if she is still there.

It only took about an hour and a half for them to do everything and we were all done. This year we went back to them and same thing, very fast, the agents are so nice, helpful and great to deal with. I would highly recommend liberty tax to anyone.
