Level Salon

Christina is the reason I went to this Salon in the first place. I was a bit hesitant because I find it hard to adapt to change, new places and new surroundings however, I quickly fell in love with with this Salon and its location, ambience and staff! That includes the ever so friendly owner Samantha and the very cheerful hairstylist Emily. Christina however, is the 5 gold star rating for me! Christina is super organized and always gets me in for all my appointments. We are booked ahead until June 2021 ! She is honest with the appropriate amount of time in-between each visit .Christina will never push a product on you but when you ask about something like their new Botanical Aveda line she is a wealth of knowledge. She knows the Aveda product as she has been working with it for years and she knows what product works best with your hair type. ( Legit the Aveda Guru). For the longest time ( when I was not seeing Christina ) my hair would not grow past my shoulders. IT was severely damaged and I always had a fear of cutting it. Christina made me feel comfortable in understanding her recommendations such as a trim here and there to get my hair HEALTHY AND LONG again ! * spoiler alert * my hair is LONG and BLONDE and I love it ! all thanks to you Christina! Although my hair is still thing ( hormones) Christina works with it well and does not dry it out. She styles it and provides tips and tricks for me to style it in-between visits so it looks super full and luscious. I feel so confident every time I enter that salon and when I leave I feel overwhelmed with excitement and love to show off my hair as soon as I can! I love the salon and stylists so much that I have secured them for my wedding day and my wedding party! I cannot trust anyone but Christina, Samantha and Emily to get the job done right ! Christina is amazing! She is one of the sweetest people I have met. She really takes her time to listen to what you want and are looking for and works her magic to make that possible! I have had numerous hair experiences...and they were uneventful to say the least. Level Salon is so cozy and nice and they really pamper you for a great price! Thanks for always making me leave with a smile!!

The stylist that I encountered here gave me the best hair cut I've ever had! She took the time to make sure every hair fell perfectly after cut; if it didn't she trimmed it until it did. She had a wonderful amount of patience with me and guided me in choosing a new style. She looked at all the pictures I had on my phone of the style I wanted, told me how it would look with my face shape, and then helped me come to my ultimate decision and the best hairstyle ever. I'll go to this stylist my entire life!

I've had a few bad experiences with hair salons but Level was the best I've ever been to. My stylist, Emily took the time to get to know what I wanted in terms of time commitment and suggested a change to the style I thought I wanted as it would have required a lot more time and effort than I want to do on a daily basis. I got a great cut and am confident I'll be able to style it myself. The hand massage was amazing too.

I have been visiting Level Salon for almost two years now, and have been booked with both Emily and the owner, Samantha. Upon each visit, be it a trim, balayage or a colour change, I have never been let down. The salon is always a clean, calm and friendly environment and I have never had to wait. The staff at Level is professional and caring in every way - from the products they use to the service delivered. I have recently moved 45 minutes away but still make the drive and it is well worth it! Thank you Level Salon :)

I had a pretty good experience with this salon. I came here a couple weeks ago looking for layers and just a little bit of highlights. Stephanie was my hair dresser and she was super kind and open to what I was telling her. She of course asked me what I wanted and went straight to doing my hair. She was very gentle and attentive and even checked in on me every now and then. She washed my hair, cut it, and started to apply bleach to certain areas. I'll definitely come back!
