Lethbridge Peridontal Associates has been serving the Lethbridge and surrounding Southern Alberta community for over 20 years.
We are conveniently located on the 9th floor of the Lethbridge Centre Tower (“Bay Mall”).

LPA works with dentists across the Southern Alberta area to provide patients with comprehensive dental care services.
It is our goal at LPA to build partnerships with dental offices and their dentists to provide care to each and every patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front end staff were very personable and accommodating. Once in ‘The Chair’ Dr Basarab and his assistant (sorry I forgot her name) were fantastic. The whole team make you feel welcome and I don’t get nervous around dentists. They are relaxed and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone and if I need specific services they will be my first pick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a negative rating I would. I had went in for a procedure which I was extremely nervous about. I was made to sign a form because I was taking a calming medication before and was told that I would get gas to help calm me and also help with pain.
When I arrived to my appointment I was informed that this was not the case and all I would be getting is a numbing agent which is normal and that I could cancel and book with someone else. As I have been in pain for months before this with my teeth I thought I would be able to tough through the pain and be okay. When Dr. Basarab started to pull my teeth I felt everything. I was crying and breathing heavily. His assistants had more offered to hold my hand but I was squeezing my shirt so hard I was scared if it was their hand I would break it.
After the horrible experience I had all Dr. Basarab had to say was I did what I was suppose to.
I also had a horrible experience with this dentist when I was 19 and said I would never go back but I thought maybe it will be different. I would recommend going anywhere else but here.
His staff is amazing but I believe he should learn some compassion and a better bedside manner.
