With their tools, George always gives us an option of decent quality at a lower price and great quality at a slightly higher price. He is easy to get ahold of treats us very well. For example, if we have a product or tool fail, he always has our back and looks after us. He treats us like we are his best customer. He gets along with all our staff and isn't pushy with sales.
