WHEN TRYING TO REACH THE MANAGER, THE SAME SALES REP THAT I DEALT WITH CALLS ME BACK AND QUESTIONS MY MENTAL HEALTH!!

G	Gavin Chortyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would avoid dealing with these people; Un-professional sales staff and a Manager that refuses to take phone calls when a car that I took possession of around 50 days ago had severe transmission issues. Moreover, when I called to speak with the Manager - the sales rep refused to allow me to speak with him, questioned my mental health and thereafter - hung up (all of the above has a audio recordings as proof backed up with emails). Be very careful dealing with these people.

This was a humiliating experience and would never recommend this place to anyone. Excuse me? But what gives you the right to state what I can and cannot afford online? I did not give any names nor did I go into detail. The issue is not what I can and cannot afford. My problem is that your employee discussed my personal credit file in front of other random people when others do not need to know that information because it’s personal. I did not even get the chance to speak about a car because I was being lectured about my credit when I came there specifically because I am aware of my credit rating. My comment was based on facts. Your employee demanded I speak in french when my first language is English and I was unable to get my point across in french. Like I said, I came there to get a car and did not even get the chance to talk about a car. Your employee was also late and I left there humiliated. You’re issue should not be with me.

By the way, a lot of the 5 stars ratings seem obviously fake for the sake of publicity. Why am i suspicious: 1- Most of these accounts have a single review, which is for this business (created for this purpose). They are also suspiciously way too enthusiast, especially considering the rest of the comments. 2- These accounts that give 5-stars have no picture 3- The reviews are, for the most part, 1 and 5 stars, not much in between (which would be expected).

I’m not a liar but you are for sure the 2.9 stars tells everything I don’t have to had more !!!
