The recruiting system was really straight forward and my interviewer Pearl was amazing in the way she made me feel relaxed, it was a great interview experience for me. More than that, the returning answers were fast and all the process between the interview and the job starting was really quick so i really appreciated that. Thank you for your help guys and Pearl :)

She made sure I was well prepared for the interview and answered any and all questions I had. Needless to say I got the job and have been at it for almost a year. I work in a very good environment with a really wonderful group of people. I highly recommend going with Quantum.

Both Jennifer Curtis and Doha Abu-Ghosh are very caring, good organized, incredibly attentive and very fast responding to all my questions. I really enjoyed communicating with them throughout the whole hiring process. I did not have any issue with this agency.

Frances found me a job that aligned well with my core skills within less than a month!
I’ve tried other agencies in the past and have not had great experiences; so this was a pleasant and welcomed surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On many occasions i have been approached by this company for opportunities, and have even applied to a few. Every time i have shown interest in a role, it has either been filled or is to far advanced in the process to be added even though it indicates as an open role. I get asked as to what i am looking for in terms of job environment and role and it has always gone un noticed and feel like i am being pushed towards roles that do not fit the mark, even undersold in salary. I have also been left hanging with no response more times than i can count often when i reject their suggestions, emails go un-replied. Please show more etiquette with the candidates you approach/ that approach you, it is very unprofessional to ghost candidates, especially if they are being transparent with you, and as a recruitment company naturally it is human resources services you offer therefore you should treat them as such. the human touch ( and even a preformatted email to reply to candidate) will go a long way in this role.
