★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the service provided by a young staff (Rosemarie) who couldn't careless about your order, or else. My g/f and I went in last evening (Thur. Oct 24th) for a quick bite to eat. We got our order taken-in by Rosemarie, who didn't bother writing anything down. We later got our orders to our tabke (table #54). I then asked for some ketchup, which I didn't get and never got my side of Ceasar salad either. So, when the bill came, we asked her how she remembered any order and she pointed to her head. (Oh really?!) When we told that she had forgot to bring the ketchup and side salad, she replied: "Ooh I'm so sorry! I was in a rush, you know? So, sorry!" But, she never mentioned the fact that while we were waiting for anything to come our way, she was having a glass of red wine at the bar with a couple. Plenty of time to drink, but no time to serve the customers what they asked for. Needless to say, it was my first... and last visit there! For the price we pay our food nowadays, one would expect some sort of accuracy and accountablilty for mistakes and/or lack of professionalism of staff or management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, wonderful, delicious, great staff, beautiful decoration and meal presentation, great taste. Beer choice is as great as the meat one. Vegetarians : avoid this place (but they will find a way to serve you rice and vegetable). A little bit too expensive for the quantity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! AMAZING Food fresh and very delicous and the home beers are to die for! The atmosphere heree is Awsome! The Service is excellent!
Came 2 times now and will be returning! Had the Bisson Tartar first time and it was perfection! Second time we had the ribs and Nachos and wow wow they were tender and juicy and very tasty!
Definately a must! Did i say they have a Menu to please everyone! One of my new Favorite places in Quebec City! Was so good i forgot to take a picture of my food but managed to get one of this dessert! The cheesecake!
