★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional , created a fraudulent home inspection report for a tenant that wanted to avoid paying rent and has a string of judgements against him, will not respond or remedy his mistake and now has been reported to Consumer protection office in Quebec, Quebec association of building Inspectors has never heard of him he will lose his business when they catch up with him . To be avoided at all costs, nothing but a scam.
