★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il y a un tapis DeadPool par terre très usé, sale et pas du tout en état neuf comme pour le vendre à prix régulier. J'ai demandé poliment si le tapis avait un rabais dessus puisqu'il était usé et la vendeuse m'a répondu en évitant mon regard qu'il n'y avait aucun rabais, que c'était à prix régulier même malgrès sa condition.
 There is a DeadPool carpet on the floor very worn, dirty and not at all in new condition as to sell it at regular price. I asked politely if the carpet had a discount on it since it was worn and the saleswoman answered me by avoiding my glance that there was no discount, that it was at regular price even despite its condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je trouve toujours des trucs intéressants et j'adore leurs jeux de société avec des thèmes dérivés. Par contre, les vinyles sont vraiment cher pour ce que c'est. Leur section usagé ne comporte que du francophone que vous pouvez trouvez facilement a 1$ ailleurs. Je conseille fortement d'aller dans des boutiques spécialisées (le knock out ou le disquaire groove) qui pourront vous offrir un service impeccable, encore plus de choix de vinyles neufs et usagés en plus des prix abordables.
I always find interesting stuff and love their board games with derivative themes. On the other hand, vinyls are really expensive for what they are. Their used section only contains French-speaking which you can easily find at $ 1 elsewhere. I strongly recommend going to specialized stores (the knock out or the groove record store) which will be able to offer you impeccable service, even more choices of new and used vinyls in addition to affordable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Première visite au Sunrise pour l'achat d'un tout premier disque vinyl pour débuter ma collection. J'ai été très bien servi par l'employé qui s'y connaissait pas mal et m'a éclairé convenablement pour acheter 2 disques section rock classique. Service de haute qualité ! Bravo !
First visit to Sunrise to buy a very first vinyl record to start my collection. I was very well served by the employee who knew a lot about it and gave me the right information to buy 2 classic rock section records. High quality service! Well done !

Bref j'ai pas aimé mon expérience.
No hello, no welcome, the woman has her face sticking to her cel, when there are clients, she talks about her cat .. and the fact that she is in no hurry.
not too professional.
No help finding product.
In short, I did not like my experience.
