★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David and his team built our home in 2018. David was very professional, responsive to our calls and patient with our changes to the plans. His team of trades (electricians, plumbers, tilers, framers, carpenters, etc. ) were all A+.
What I valued most were his recommendations and advice throughout the project. He takes pride in the homes he builds and wants to ensure a superior product (as though it was his own home). If he thinks your plans or selection of finishes, etc. could use improvement, he will provide great suggestions even if this means more work for him and his team.
As a result of his great eye for design and practical expertise, I'm convinced our house turned out WAY better than it would have if we went with another builder (i.e. the type that just follows the plans and doesn't give as much feedback). By the time the project was done, I found myself so reliant on David's valuable input, it was difficult to make any remaining home-related decisions without him.
After we moved in there were a few minor touch ups for painting, caulking, etc that were required (which is normal for new builds). His staff have been great at dealing with these issues in a timely manner.
Great job Leprevo Design-Build.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leprevo built my custom home in Etobicoke, six months ago. I spent a lot of time talking to many builders to make sure I was selecting the right team. My project manager Alfredo was superb, a joy to work with. He was responsive, and I really felt he cared for my home as if it was his own. A team approach to building my home felt more reliable, and provided a comfort as opposed to having one individual handle all aspects of my build. Importantly, having the owners of the company working alongside my project manager really made for an overall successful and enjoyable build. Currently, Leprevo is building my sisters home, and I’m happy I could put her in such great hands. Thank you Leprevo, an I look forward to building a bigger home with you in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David and our project manager Alfredo built our house two years ago. This was a long process for our family as we were building our dream house. Building a house can be stressful, but I have to stay that it was an outstanding experience with David and Alfredo. Fundamentally, this is because they not only care about the houses they build and but more importantly the people who will live in them. They are just good people who really know what they are doing and stand by their work.
To give you an example, two years after we have moved in. We had a plumbing issue unrelated to the build, I texted 7 am, and by 8am Alfredo and his plumbers were here and stayed till they fixed the issue.
A pleasure to work with, and if we were to do another project, they would be the first phone call.
Thank you David and Alfredo for building our family's dream house.
