September 2014 Needed a ridge vent manufactured. Lenmak sales representative Erin Piskunowicz gave me the date when we could pick it up. I e-mailed her the day before the completion date and asked if we were still on schedule (I had to arrange for a contractor to install it). She said, YES, the vent would be ready on the date she had given me (a Friday) first thing in the morning. When we arrived to pick it up - it was NOT ready. Lenmak production manager, Zeeshan Qamar, assured us that the vent would be made ready and that he would have it delivered to us that same day. Imagine my irritation when later in the day, we received a phone call asking if we could have it delivered on Monday. I said NO, we could not as we had already arranged for a contractor to be on site on Saturday for the installation. At 5:00 pm, their man Jason showed up with the vent. He displayed a very negative attitude (I assume it was because he HAD to make a delivery so late in the day) bordering on rude. When we looked at the vent, we were satisfied with it, but the end caps that had been manufactured were such a different size that it appeared that they may have been for a completely different job. We refused receipt of the end caps and were forced to have the installation contractor make costly replacements. We contacted Mr. Qamar the following Monday and asked when we could expect a refund for the end caps. He assured me that he would be processing it the same day. To make a long story short, after many phone calls over the next month (I was constantly being lied to as to when the refund would be processed - even the president of the company, Ray Turner, wouldn't speak to me about this issue), I finally had to threaten to post a review about the company's business practices, before we were finally in receipt of our refund. I have found that this company operates in bad faith. They are not honest with their clients. Had we not doggedly pursued our refund, I doubt we would have ever received it. I will never deal with this company again.

A company is really defined by what they do when they screw something up. Most companies will try to work out a compromise or tell you that it's your fault but these people owned up to what had happened and made it right. We had placed an order for 10K worth of cladding for posts on our development site. We had done several test pieces because of the complex nature of the details but when we got the order, it was the wrong colour. OMG! They investigated a few solutions and when it came right down to it, they found that the best solution was to just remake them. They definitely work with integrity and will always get my work.

Lenmak is our go-to supplier for quality and quantity of the specialty and standard brackets used in S I Construction Systems Ltd products. They know their stuff, can think outside the box, and always make it happen. Great people to work with.

First and Foremost dealing with Lenmak was an absolute treat all of the girls at the order desk know their products and are extremely helpful. I had Lenmak bend all my custom metal facia for my home. It was great to work with a company that is willing to work with you on your unique ideas. Lots of places would not even give me the time of day for a one of kind project. Lenmak made a panel that was easy to install extremely sturdy and well constructed. I was told by several places that the paneling I was looking for could not even be produced. So I was delighted when the project was produced in Edmonton and within budget. Ray Turner the owner understood the home was designed around this flare paneling and was up to the task of helping me create it. There are not many times when a project turns out better than you could ever imagine it.

What a awesome experience I had with Lenmak! I wanted metal siding for the dog house I built, one for looks and two for the durability (think bite proof!). Most places I called before I found Lenmak just blew me off when I told them it was for a dog house. When I called Lenmak, they told me to come down and see them. When I got there they actually had one of there project managers come and help me. I can remember his name, but my dog house wouldn't of turned out as good as it did without him. He helped walk me through the products and color options until we found the one I liked. From there he explained how to install the siding and helped design all my flashing. The nice thing was everyone of my terrible cuts was hidden with a pocket!
