We met Balraj through our realtor when we were looking for a new home. Working with him has really stood out as a highlight in this stressful process. He was very patient with us, took the time to answer our questions and to provide options. We met Balraj, through Heidi who is the local real estate agent and family, anyways it was time for mortgage renewal and of course we wanted better than the normal Bank rates, who doesn’t. We met with Balraj and almost immediately we felt we were in good hands, and he quickly confirmed that, also not only did he come through in a timely manor, but much quicker than our bank could do it. therefore, I have no second or regrets recommending LendLab Nanaimo to anyone. Not only did those at LendLab outperform the banks, but the folks at LendLab gave us constant feedback, progress reports, and this was going on just before the bank rates went up, so we lucked out. Had this been our normal bank we would have paid a higher rate. So yes, they came through at a lower rate and just after the bank rates had gone up, so kudos to LendLab and its crew in Nanaimo. I'm sure, just like me a some people don't fully understand the role a mortgage broker can play in finding the best mortgage rates and simply trust that their bank has your interest at heart which is not true, unlike the banks you don't pay renewal fee’s the banks do, you don't pay for home assessments the banks do, simply put it’s a quick, professional, and timely and free service. Unlike the banks which can take in this day-and -age anywhere from 8 to 10 weeks sometimes even on simple processes like mortgage renewals plus banks don't provide feedback or progress reports and they sure the heck don't go out of their way to give you the best rates possible, then they charge you fees to give them your money. My suggestion to those that never have talked to a mortgage broker take the time see what they do for you, I can't say enough about LendLab, but I can tell you, I sincerely thank them and when renewal is up, I'll be knocking on his door.

We just purchased our first home during Nanaimo’s craziest purchasing boom so needless to say everyone was extremely busy during this period.
