★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company in the world!!! They will rob you blind!!! Worst costumers service ever. They have been rude threatening me. They go into my account whenever they feel like it and take different amounts out of my account. I have never been treated so horrible. I borrowed 5000.00 I have been paying for 3 years now they tell me I owe them 6000.00 because I was late a few times!!! Everyone stay away from this company!!!

The best kind of customer service is when they answer your questions before you even get to ask them. I would recomend Lendcare to anyone looking for a reliable and very genuine finance company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst. Paid off our loan years back and today for 3rd time since paying it off, got a call from a collection agency stating we still owe money. This account was closed years ago and we have a letter stating so from lendcare As we already had to prove it paid out from a previous call. The agent refused to recognize the letter and demanded payment. After a long argument they finally decided to go look at old emails. Even after reading the letter stating it was closed they still refused to acknowledge and said management would have management contact us back.
Absolutely a terrible and unprofessional company to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst lending company to deal with. This company told me I was approved for a loan of up to 18K. They had me send them all my personal information, banking, pictures of my ID, including one of my passport. I was then told to go find the motorcycle I wanted and to send the information regarding that motorcycle. Next morning they called and revoked their approval. I am out a 250$ deposit. They have all my personal information.
My advice to any future customer of lendcare. BEWARE AND RUN from these loan sharks.
If possible I would give them a big 0 for their disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst Lending Company I have dealt with in my Finance Career.
After making me jump through hoops to verify Child Tax income for A WEEK. LendCare decides that they will approve the income but now won't Finance the vehicle I submitted to them in the first place.
My customers were more than patient and willing to provide the requested documents.
You want to charge $599 for a GPS Unit, a $799 Lender Admin Fee and 29.9% Interest and then think that you can dictate what vehicles you want on your record is completely asinine.
My very first note in the dealer portal was the Year, Make, Model and VIN of the vehicle we were selling because DealerTrack would not let us input it properly.
LendCare should have just stayed out of Automotive lending if this is the Customer Service you produce to your dealers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this legal loan shark a 0, it would be giving them way to much credit. Do not deal with these people, they are money hungry, and they up your interest to 34% after they try to get money out of one account and it was so supposed to come out another. This was not a missed payment. The customer service was snarky, and horrible to deal with. And it was incredibly disrespectful. RUN fast!

A special mention to Naomi a wonderfully understanding and kind individual. Overall a great company and staff to deal with!
