Well made Canadian product built in Burnaby. They service their own equipment which means you get someone who knows exactly what they are doing and can even help diagnose over the phone. If looking for a steam bath, highly recommend Relax-A-Mist.

Best customer service experience ever. I have a steam bath (Relax A Mist) that was installed by a contractor during renovations. The steam unit worked fine although used infrequently. After about two years, I noticed that it wouldn't start up. Lights flashed and numbers were displayed but nothing happened. I called the Leisure Baths office in Burnaby to see if I should call my contractor who had installed the unit or go to the local service centre in Calgary. Much to my surprise, someone answered the phone right away and when I described the situation, asked me to hold for a minute while a technician came to the phone. I was then asked to try to start the system and let him know what was happening. Within a minute, he told me that the temperature sensor appeared to be malfunctioning. My options were to return the unit to them to be tested/repaired or they could send me a replacement and I could ship back the faulty unit when it arrived - and in the meantime, he would give me a workaround so that I could keep using the steam shower. I chose the second option, gave my credit card information to pay for the replacement unit and it arrived in Calgary within 2 days. The technician had told me how to take the old one off the wall and install the new one - it took no tools and less than 3 minutes total. I used the box (which had the return address already on the inside flaps - very clever) to return the shipment and within a week, my credit card had been credited the full charge. As a bonus, the technician had asked about the remote control for the unit which I didn't have - the contractor had never mentioned it - Leisure Bath included one at no extra charge. Overall, this was probably the best customer service experience I have ever had from start to finish. Thanks to all of your staff.

We are a small plumbing company who installed a relax a mist steamer. Within 2 months the customer called to tell me the steamer will not operate. After diagnosis I found the temperature sensor in the controller was not functioning. Leisure baths response was send us the control and we will try and fix it in the next two to three weeks. I stated the customer would not be happy to lose their brand new steamer for so long. They stated option two was to buy another controller ( only through them even though the wholesaler likely has one in Calgary) and send them the old one. If they can fix it they will send it back. No refund. Who needs two controllers for almost $400 each. If they can't fix it they will give me a refund. Made the purchase of a new controller to protect my customer and waited five days. They sent me the wrong color controller. Their response was "Oh just buy another one and send the ones you don't want back", they will refund the wrong colored one but not the original one if it can be repaired. Will not be selling any more of their products.
