★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After some negotiation, the company agree to compensate us for the problems we had with one of their items, a bathtub we had bought from one of their dealers. It appears that they really do stand behind their products and I am totally satisfied with the generous agreed resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the look and performance of this product. We gutted 4 of our bathrooms and completely renovated each with Blu Bathworks from top to bottom. The brand is ultra premium and looks gorgeous. Highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend did a reno 7 years ago and 90% of the bathroom finishings are from Blu bathworks. But today one the faucet's started leaking so he decided to give them call to order a replacement and went in person to pick it up. He brought the old faucet in to make sure it all matched up. But the Blu boys went ahead and fixed it on the spot. They didn't charge him anything despite it being 7 years late! My boyfriend was so blown away by their stellar customer service and even left their office with a big smile. Big thank you to the crew at Blu!

From their taps to vanities to bath tubs to shower trays all work flawlessly and have continued to perform as if they were brand new. All bathrooms are used on a daily basis - now more then ever due to Covid restrictions and we are so happy we made the investment in these 5 star fixtures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ABSOLUTELY fallen in love with this brand! I discovered it a few weeks ago when touring some design shops in Toronto and I honestly can't say enough about it. The showroom I saw had the most gorgeous display of faucets and bathtubs and their design associate was so passionate about it and it being a local Canadian brand. Beautiful story, beautiful products. I'm simply in love love and I hope I get to use it for my next design project! Oh, Canada!!!
