★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon renewal of our home and auto policies we had questions about changes on the policies from RSA to Intact and Lyndsey was very quick to find out all the information and differences in change in the policies. With all that said, every "i" was dotted and "t" was crossed and all questions were answered accurately and quickly. Lyndsey has her A game on! Always a pleasure to do business with Leibel and Lyndsey.

The customer service from Leibel is absolutely top shelf.
In specific my broker Lyndsey, before I even ask the question she comes up with the answers. This is personal service on a different level!

We were on a tight timeline as we needed to renew by April 1st and I contacted Lyndsey in mid March. Chelsea Day has gone above and beyond her job scope to make my everyday life easier when I need help with details and documents. This said, I really want to thank Farah for her help in our renewal for home and auto insurance this year. There were some complicating factors and some errors in our policy and she was excellent at helping us to clean up the mess and ensure that our policy was exactly as it should be.
