★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The city did a great job what was once a heavily under-utilized space into a modern playground for all ages. Great place to come for a walk at sunset if you live downtown and ride lime scooters. The actual park reminds me of Central Park in New York.

In the summer it is lovely to walk around or enjoy the wading pool.
In the winter there is a skating rink with music and lighting.
Nice views of the river valley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legislature Grounds are cozy nice park to hang out with family and friends.. or even alone. People enjoy lunch breaks there during summer time or when not too cold outside. I always find it fascinating to be able to hang out that close to such an icone building. During Christmas time it is lighted up nicely.. Always have a nice walk there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful green scenery and clean environment. Daytime and nighttime are both good times to visit. Taking a stroll or just passing by, chilling alone or with someone, you will definitely enjoy your time here. Flowering plants and trees are everywhere, they are cared and well maintained. There are places here where kids can play and enjoy themselves so family can very much enjoy this place together.
