Hygienists, Assistants and Doctors are knowledgeable of your specific visit ahead of entering into the room.
The procedures are always explained before they start with opportunity to ask questions or raise concerns.
Their concern of your comfort level during the procedure is evident by their progress explanations, and asking about any discomfort.
Explanations after the procedure and at the payment desk are always comprehendable.

Until last week, I had a run in with the dental assistant, as she was explaining self care, after my procedure, she totally emphasized that I should not drink alcohol, during the healing process!
If I were able to speak at the moment, I would have mentioned, not to assume people are alcoholics! I was appalled with this person, for being totally unprofessional, assuming I'm a drunk! Lol. I believe people in professional industries should have some sort of sensitive training.
I am not an alcolohilc, please don't judge me, because of my colour!
