★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'avocat de mon fils de 10 ans. est dans ce bureau et nous l'adorons. Me Bienvenu est vraiment attentionné et mets vraiment les intérêts de mon fils en priorité. Je suis très satisfaite de sa gestion de dossier. Seul bémol, le délai d'attente pour la demande d'admission à l'aide juridique qui est maintenant de plus d'un mois.. J'imagine que c'est lié à la fermeture du bureau de Vaudreuil.
 My 10 year old son's lawyer. is in this office and we love it. Me Bienvenu is really attentive and puts my son's interests first. I am very satisfied with his case management. Only downside, the waiting time for the request for admission to legal aid, which is now more than a month. I imagine that this is linked to the closure of the Vaudreuil office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist doesn't know the words I am putting you on hold. She will just abruptly put you on hold. Poorest communication for a job that entails communication . I was so confused I hung up and called back and she yells at me I put you on hold and before I could even take a breath she puts me back on hold lol . Wow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 days to give them all papers necessary ,delivered neatly by hand,call scheduled 4 days later, Lawyer never saw my very organized documents took me 2 days to make calls copies etc. Precious time lost serious claim all new to me felt I was not taken seriously and then told I was not eligible 3 days b4 my deadline.Added stress to a situation you don't need or deserve in life! Not impressed !
