Richard was prompt, always available to answer our questions and provided very good suggestions. We had all of our windows replaced and so there was extensive Stucco Repair and rebuild of all Battens. Sheri and Blaro did an immaculate job matching to the original stucco and they looked after a few issues they identified on our home. Alberto and his crew then took over to paint our home, we were so impressed with their skill and attention to detail. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We are so happy with our new 25 year old home!

The professionalism that both contractors displayed was above our expectations. The prep work, repairs, main job, and cleanup (everyday) were all completed flawlessly. Both were very honest when helping us choose design and colours. The jobs were completed even earlier than we expected (thank you painter Jose and team). We are so excited to show-off our new modern home.

The exterior of our home was in pretty rough shape, with cracking stucco, significant weather damage on the north wall, and flaking and peeling from previous bad paint and repair work. The repairs were extensive and involved grinding down large areas, filling all cracks and holes, and feathered out to match existing. The first 2 pictures show the extent of the repairs including a full wall which was redone. Outstanding repair work that should last years. Our site was kept very clean, so despite the removal of a lot of old paint and stucco, nothing was left over for us to deal with. Jose and Andrew did an excellent paint job, taking a lot of care on the windows, doors and architectural details. They even accommodated our need to replace some of the wood work that was rotten. Excellent paint quality and the multiple coats should last a long time. As mentioned by other reviewers, Richard comes across a bit pushy in the beginning, but there is no questioning the quality of work and materials, and the commitment to the job. The crews were dedicated exclusively to our job until the work was finished, and for such a big job, we were amazed that everything was concluded in a little over 2 weeks (from contract signing to conclusion). We highly recommend Legacy and really appreciate the workmanship of the crews!

From the start Richard promised uncompromised quality with a satisfaction guaranteed. We were late in the season reaching out and Richard ensured to get us in as soon as possible before the weather turned. The crews were consistently on time and worked hard to complete everything in a timely manner without compromising on quality and workmanship. From Sheri’s repair crew matching texture and repairing multiple stucco issues, to Alberto and Jesus’ great attention to detail on the painting job we were happy with the results. Richard did deliver on his promise as we are satisfied with the results and the piece of mind we have on the lasting rejuvenation and protection that our dwelling has gained. I do not foresee any issues in the future but would not hesitate to reach out to Richard if anything arises. If there are any future stucco projects Legacy Exteriors will be my first and probably last call to get the job done.

We had all of our windows replaced, which resulted in a significant amount of stucco repair, with many stucco batons that needed to be repaired and/or re-built. Sheri and Blaro worked tirelessly to get a large job done in some challenging weather conditions. They were always willing to answer questions about little items of the job, and flexible to adjust as required. The quality of the repair work and their attention to detail were excellent and the entire stucco project was exceptional. When it came time for the painting, Alberto and his paint crew were meticulous in their prep work, helpful in finalizing colour options, and did an outstanding job . Their quality of work was amazing, and they got the job done much quicker than anticipated. Throughout the entire project Richard and his team were very proactive with communication regarding the job, provided helpful input and answered all of our questions. They completed the job quicker than anticipated, and were able to fit us in sooner than we had expected. Over-all they far exceeded our expectations, and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service!
