★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I currently reside in one of the buildings built by this company and everything is very well made. The design is neat and the space is perfectly optimized. They take great care of it and perform landscaping maintenance weekly as well as snow removal daily during winter. Maintenance is also regularly done on our utilities such as the air conditioner. Overall a great experience and I would absolutely move to another building built and managed by them!
