S	Steven Almeida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Par où commencer.. quand ce n’est pas si on se demande si vous êtes un fantôme, c’est que vous passez en fin de journée quand j’ai finalement moi-même pelleter mon entrée, car il neige depuis 5h le matin. Et encore quand vous passez vous faite le travail tellement rapidement d’où une partie du surnom (déneigeur fantôme) que je suis obligé de passer derrière vous car le 2/3 de mon entrée est mal déneigé et l’autre 1/3 vous l’avez soufflé dans mes marches et mon entrée que je déneige moi même car vous ne pouvez pas vous y rendre. Bref si j’étais vous je penserai à convertir l’entreprise en souffleur à neige pour remplir les pentes de ski car vous êtes meilleur pour ajouter de la neige que pour l’enlever. Sur cela vous pouvez être sûre que c’était la dernière année que je vous engage. Merci bonne journée ! Where to start.. when it's not if you wonder if you're a ghost, it's that you pass at the end of the day when I finally shovel my driveway myself, because it's been snowing since 5 am . And yet when you pass you do the work so quickly hence part of the nickname (ghost snow plow) that I have to go behind you because 2/3 of my driveway is badly cleared of snow and the other 1/3 you you blew in my steps and my driveway that I clear the snow myself because you can't get there. In short, if I were you I would consider converting the company into a snow blower to fill the ski slopes because you are better at adding snow than removing it. On that you can be sure that it was the last year that I hired you. Thanks, have a good day !

Lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de neige, ils peuvent passer plusieurs fois dans la journée, et le banc de neige est toujours enlevé le matin. Si ma cour semble avoir été oublié je laisse un message vocal et soit on me rappelle, soit le déneigeur passe dans l'heure suivante. Merci I am satisfied with the frequency and quality of snow removal. When there is a lot of snow, they can pass several times during the day, and the snow bank is always removed in the morning. If my yard seems to have been forgotten, I leave a voice message and either someone calls me back or the snowplow comes by within the next hour. Thank you

Nous sommes propriétaires de condos et le déneigement est littéralement laissé à l'humeur du chauffeur. Stationnement régulièrement oublier, nous devons sortir pour finir le travail à chaque neige. Aucune régularité dans les cycles de passage comparé à plusieurs de leur compétiteur dans le secteur. De notre côté, c'est la deuxième année avec cette entreprise et c'était évidement la dernière chance. Je crois qu'ils devraient révisé la quantité de client à leur charge s'ils souhaitent un jour donner un service décent. Je comprend mieux le 1,7 Étoile attiré à ce jour. Poor quality work and almost non-existent communication. We are condo owners and snow removal is literally left to the mood of the driver. Parking regularly forget, we have to go out to finish the job every time it snows. No regularity in the passing cycles compared to many of their competitors in the sector. For us, this is the second year with this company and it was obviously the last chance. I believe they should revise the amount of customers they charge if they ever want to give decent service. I understand better the 1.7 Star attracted to date.

I am a first-time home buyer and this has left a terrible taste in my mouth, this is a time to support local businesses and this makes it hard to trust any business for that matter. I can't complain about the customer service because there isn't any!! My girlfriend tries to call and when she does get an answer she's only yelled at...
