Dean's quick response to assess it, help with a chimney wrap and build rapport was excellent. If we move forward with a roof replacement, we will seriously consider Leadworth. Thanks again.

He did a variety of work for us from fence repair, chimney repair gutter cleaning and roof repair. His work was always quality. If we had an emergency he would respond right away or as soon as he could. He would always update/keep council informed of the work he was doing. He answered any and all questions and offered suggestions that were helpful to our complex and Council. If he could not do a particjlar job request he would not hesitate to recommend someone else. Council would not hesitate recommending Leadworth Contracting and Roofing.WM

We had a small job that other companies didn't care about and Leadworth treated it with the same importance as a big job (which is huge to us). They didn't overlook small details and we appreciated that as well. Another roofing company came to look before Leadworth and this other company found nothing on our roof, or at least failed to mention them to us. Dean (Leadworth) found multiple issues and took pictures to show us. He also recommended we contact a professional for another issue as it was not something he specializes in (we appreciated his honesty and advice there). Cost- They stuck to the quoted price..overall they were trustworthy with the financial aspect of the project and their customer service is awesome. They cleaned up nicely too! I would go as far as to vote them best roofing company in Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley! Things they can improve on - I like to add something not so fluffy so you know this is a very real review...but honestly I can't think of anything they don't do well. Email response time is pretty good, considering they are busy people. If they are like this everytime, I'd only be calling Leadworth for our roofing needs.

I was very pleased with the prompt reply and speedy service. Dean showed me where the water was coming in and pointed out a few other areas that needed attention as well. He fixed the leak and returned two days later to fix the other areas. His fee was very reasonable and he carefully explained and addressed the repairs that needed to be done to avoid any future leaks. I highly recommend his services and won’t hesitate to call him in the future.

Dean made the time to come out same day, and did a full inspection, identifying multiple leak-points on our roof, and building envelope issues from water. He came up with a plan to repair and made sure to fix all of the high priority areas as quickly as possible - even coming out on a Sunday before it rained to make sure we were protected. Dean and Josie have been very professional, knowledgable and attentive. Their prices have been very fair, and their work has been top notch. 10/10 for service and quality of work from this company! I highly recommend them for any roof / gutter work that you need. We are really grateful to have found this company!

He came promptly when our strata had an emergency roofing situation and he more than adequately made the repairs to solve the problem. He was very thorough, did a detailed inspection of our flat roofs, sent us a detailed quote complete with photos and then at a later date he did the repairs. His work is top notch. Dean has knowledge of many areas of maintaining structures. We will be using him again in the near future for sure.
