They arrived when they said they would , started work immediately , were professional , friendly and their estimate was the price I paid. I had called numerous companies about the repairs to be done as soon as possible because we have a wheelchair ramp in the garage that we could not access. They made time for us after their work day was over and had us and running in no time.

Their pricing is on par with other door companies and out of my experience they are able to come much quicker. I chose to contact them via text message and he responded between jobs or when he was able too within a 24 hour period. I had them come to replace weatherstripping and look at my garage door opener because the opener was not opening the door properly. They came and replaced the weatherstripping and re-adjusted the door opener to see if it would solve the problem before suggesting replacing it. They asked me if it would be okay to adjust it and leave it a few days to see if the adjustments solved the issue and trying save us the money of an new opener. The opener after a day or so started to have the same issues so I contacted them about it and they came and replaced the opener within the week.

Even in consideration of my situation, which was an emergency, they spent extra time on Saturday rather than the reservation date a few days later to fix it at weekday expenses. I was satisfied with the repair results, so I gave them a tip when paying for it, but they refused. It was quite impressive. If there is a problem with the garage door around me, I would highly recommend Lead Garage Door Repair.
