J	Julia송정훈 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great waiters, hosts, chefs. The atmosphere is really nice, you do have to make a reservation beforehand. The staffs speak both french and english. Seafood casserole is to die for. It had thick shrimp, lobster meat, raviolis were perfect. Braised beef cheek was a bit blend for my taste, but the gnocchis were good. The price range is not that expensive compared to other hotel restaurants. $130-150 for appetizer, two mains and drinks.

Valley parking at the castle is really expensive and we didn’t want to risk street parking after reading many reviews. We just took a taxi up and it was not bad. We also went on a very bad winter stormy night so not driving was a really great decision. We were seated at a nice spot and our server Mike was amazing! He was polite, and super hospitable! We started with the famous French onion soup and it did not disappoint. In fact it was hands down the best I have had. Highly recommend! For the main course I went for the seafood casserole. It was delicious and creamy. The ravioli was fresh and it paired really well with the Riesling. For dessert I had to get the crème brûlée. It is now my favourite crème brûlée. I wanted to get another one for take out but unfortunately they don’t offer that. Overall had a very pleasant experience. Definitely happy to have picked this place for the celebration!

Our server was consummately professional, and the food was delectable. We ordered a beet salad (portion was sufficient for two people) the lamb and the mushroom ravioli. The dishes were one of the best we’ve ever had, very well balanced flavours and cooked to perfection. Overall, pricey but well worth it.

There's a diverse menu, good prices, the food was flavourful and presented well. I loved how the servers made recommendations, took the time to present and explain the food to us. They definitely appeared to enjoy their jobs and were very professional. I also enjoyed the great views of the water from this restaurant. This place is definitely worth the effort to have a meal here, you should make a reservation as it gets busy.

What impressed me most was the outstanding service we had from absolutely everyone. It was a great experience and I can’t wait to come back.
