Horrible customer service, they don't care about you or your loved ones being buried there.

Nice looking, but poor customer service. They care more about money. Workers on the field are more human.

I went to visit St.Francois repos on a few occasions for various funerals but most recently so my parents could show me the wall lot they purchased for themselves in one of the chapels. The funerals I've been to seemed very informal, unwarm atmosphere and very corporate like. Since it was for friends, I didn't take it personally. But since my parents choose this place for their final resting home, I'll admit I'm a little worried how the actual funeral will feel or run its course. Aside from this, the outside lots look well looked after and the gardening is gorgeous...very serene. Inside the various chapels. They all look alike witj marble everywhere, light music and artificial flowers allowed ONLY. No fresh flowers as thos atrracts insects and they try to control these pests (afterall, the ppl who are passed away are placed inside the walls). You'll often see sporatically little bug attration zapper lights to attract & zap the little pesky bugs that come in because they're attracted to the....ahem....bodies. Mind you, there's no smell and all is clean. There are also some chairs for visitors to sit next to their lived one. Overall, a gorgeous resting funetal home but I only wish that the funeral area who be more private (less conference/corporate in feeling), warm, more couches, kleenes, surrounded by more flowers (could be artificial)and serenity (lighting, music, decor).

Why are there always tiny flies everywhere? It doesn't matter what time of the year we go, there are flies. You can't stay more than a minute without being attacked by these flies. You need to take care of this problem. People have paid a lot of money to bury loved ones. Being attacked by flies stresses us out. Why do you have this problem when other cemeteries do not? You really need to fix this.
