â â â â â J'aurais prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© mettre zĂ©ro Ă©toile. TrĂšs mauvais service. Personne d'assez intelligent pour faire des suivis mĂȘme lorsqu'ils ont pris l'engagement de le faire. Merci Ă©normĂ©ment de m'avoir rajoutĂ© 1 fois d'attente pour rĂ©gler mon problĂšme(un peu de sarcasme si vous ĂȘtes capable de le comprendre).
I would have preferred to put zero stars. Very bad service. Someone smart enough to follow up even when they have made the commitment to do so. Thank you so much for adding 1 time to wait to fix my problem (a little sarcasm if you can understand it).

Une Ă©quipe, dynamique, professionnelle, respectueux, stimulant qui est Ă l'Ă©coute des patients avec un sens de l'humour j'ai adorĂ© cette clinique et son Ă©quipe.mais il ne faut pas s'attendre Ă ne pas travailler pour notre guĂ©risons par exemple. je vais mĂȘme rĂ©fĂ©rer se centre aux personnes que je connais c'est certain .MERCI!
Sep 25, 2020. I was subsequently referred to this center for a work accident. Frankly I was impressed. A team, dynamic, professional, respectful, stimulating who listens to patients with a sense of humor I loved this clinic and its team. But do not expect not to work for our healings for example. I will even refer the center to people I know for sure. THANKS!

Marc qui fait des ortheses est super. Un service en or et un homme qui connaßt bien son métier.
Jâai eu un accident en juin et jâĂ©tais suivi par ce centre jusquâĂ peu. Dans le dĂ©but jâĂ©tais trĂšs satisfaite de leur service, câĂ©tait par contre trĂšs difficile dâentrĂ©e dans leur Ă©tablissement avec une chaise roulante. Il y avait une petite rampe trĂšs loin de la porte dâentrĂ©e et cette porte nâĂ©tait mĂȘme pas muni dâun bouton pour facilitĂ© lâaccĂšs au chaises roulantes ou blessures donc tes déçu de ça.
JâĂ©tais suivi par Laurence qui est elle aussi un ergo en or qui connaĂźt trĂšs bien son mĂ©tier. Malheursement, elle est partie. Jâai eu un appel la journĂ©e de mon rendez vous en me disant quâelle avait quitter et quâil donnait mon dossier Ă quel quâun dâautre. Jâai donc mentionner que jâallais venir la voir (chose que jai fais) mais peut ĂȘtre vĂ©rifier pour changer mes services avec un ergo dans mon centre de physio car ça fait moins moins loin pour moi.
Jâimagine quâil y a eu un mal entendue car au deuxiĂšme visite avec ce nouveau ergo on mâa changer lâheure de la visite sans me prĂ©venir (rendez vous que jâavais dĂ©jĂ prĂ©vue dans le temps dâĂȘtre suivi par Laurence) en justifiant que câĂ©tait de ma faute car jâavais mentionner que je vĂ©rifiais pour changer et que câĂ©tais lâhoraire prĂ©vu avec mon ancien ergo et pas la nouvelle. Bizzare car jâavais deja mis au clair avec ce nouveau ergo que je voulais rester avec elle.
DĂ©cevant et tant quâĂ moi manque de professionnalisme, si il nâĂ©tait pas certain que jâallais venir pourquoi pas simplement mâappeler? Cela faisais quand mĂȘme trois mois que jâĂ©tais cliente.

I had an accident in June and was followed by this center until recently. At the beginning I was very satisfied with their service, however it was very difficult to enter their establishment with a wheelchair. There was a small ramp very far from the front door and that door didn't even have a button for easy wheelchair access or injuries so you're disappointed with that.
I was followed by Laurence who is also a golden ergo who knows her job very well. Unfortunately, she left. I got a call the day of my date telling me that she had left and that he was giving my file to someone else. So I mentioned that I was going to come see her (something I did) but maybe check to change my services with an ergo in my physio center because it is less far for me.
I imagine that there was a misunderstanding because on the second visit with this new ergo I was changed the time of the visit without warning me (meeting that I had already planned in the time to be followed by Laurence) by justifying that it was my fault because I had mentioned that I was checking to change and that it was the schedule planned with my old ergo and not the new one. Strange because I had already clarified with this new ergo that I wanted to stay with her.
Disappointing and so much unprofessional of mine, if he wasn't sure if I was coming why not just give me a call? I had still been a client for three months.

Arriver dans le hall d'entrée, déjà on me fait remarquer que mon masque est en dessous de mon nez, et qu'il est impératif de le mettre au dessus!
Ok, je replace mon masque, le temps de fouiller dans mon portefeuille, mon masque redescend sous mon nez. La madame revient aussitĂŽt Ă la charge avec un ton infantile pour que je replace mon masque!
LĂ , c'est assez pour moi!
Si avant mĂȘme d'ouvrir un dossier Ă mon nom je subit les foudres de la rĂ©ceptionniste, j'imagine mĂȘme pas la suite avec les ergothĂ©rapeutes!!!
Bref j'ai remis mon portefeuille dans ma poche de manteau et je suis parti de cet endroit.
Vraiment des paranos à la réception, si ils ont si peur des gens qui ne portent pas de masques...
QU'ILS RESTENT CHEZ EUX, ET QU'ILS S'ENFERMENT Ă DOUBLE TOURS.

Arriving in the entrance hall, I am already told that my mask is below my nose, and that it is imperative to put it on top!
Ok, I replace my mask, the time to rummage through my wallet, my mask goes down under my nose. The lady immediately returns to the charge with an infantile tone for me to replace my mask!
That's enough for me!
If even before opening a file in my name I suffer the wrath of the receptionist, I can't even imagine what will happen next with the occupational therapists!!!
Anyway, I put my wallet back in my coat pocket and left that place.
Really paranoid at the reception, if they are so afraid of people who don't wear masks...
LET THEY STAY AT HOME, AND LOCK THEMSELVES IN DOUBLE TURNS.
