★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online to take away, with some extra toppings. None was found in the bowl once opened at home. It's all about 1.5 dollars but still..could pay more attention.
Food is good, reasonable quantity and ratio rice - fish. Tuna is not sushi quality, had some hard fibers in it. So 3 stars it is, I'll reorder but with no extra toppings, just basic chef creation bowl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed because they got our order wrong. We didn't get 3 out of 5 of the toppings with chose. Quite surprisingly that a Poke restaurant would run out of avocado... And instead, they FILLED up our bowls with salad...

Whatever the time you order, whatever you choose delivery or pick up, you gonna have to wait A LOT for a service, and that's if delivery company just do not loose your order
Every time I went to pick up the order, there was at least 20 min waiting even if I took a specific pick up time.
Sometimes they keep taking online order then call you to cancel because they are too busy.
It's too bad because the food is good, but the service is terrible, a way too slow for this kind of restaurants.
Update : they increased their price 3x times this year while service is still not good.
I won't order again there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee at the phone was rude. Delivery took 2 hours and a half and I got laughed at when asking for an update. The poke bowls barely had any rice at the bottom and there were less toppings than usually. I’ve ordered from this branch multiple times but the quality and service have continuously gone downhill. Service seems to be better when ordering through UberEats rather than directly through their website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from Ubereats and the poke is delicious! Nothing to complain about, their tuna and salmon were very fresh! I loved how there were crumbles of tempura on the rice! It gives a bit of texture when you eat it. I was completely full after eating a bowl of it! Very hearty and filling :)
