★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, cuts you off, makes it seem like it’s your fault for being in pain. ICBCs puppet so of course you can expect to be treated poorly. If your not familiar with medical terminology he gets frustrated with you and throws his hands up in the air and shouts “I need a break” and shakes his head when he can’t explain things well. No doctor should make you feel so poorly. Save your time and go elsewhere if you want to be treated with dignity.
