De la farine de blé et de sarrasin.
Des belles promenades à faire le long de la rivière et dans la forêt autour.
Il y a aussi des panneaux d'explication sur la colonie de vacances dans le manoir en haut de la pente.
Le guide non seulement connaît le processus mais y fait partie quand il ne guide pas.
À l'accueil, on peut s'acheter de la farine.
 Magnificent mill in operation.
Wheat and buckwheat flour.
Beautiful walks to take along the river and in the surrounding forest.
There are also explanatory panels about the summer camp in the mansion at the top of the slope.
The guide not only knows the process but is part of it when not leading.
At the reception, you can buy flour.
