The level of incompetence from the employees is pretty astonishing. The miscommunication of the administration, the games being played about work orders and it taking months of running around to get anything fixed
This place no longer feels safe as we have had several parcels stolen from our door and the administration does nothing to help. There's no cameras in the halls of the floor so good luck getting any of your stuff back.

I was looking for an appartement urgently for décember. I found an appartment at Le Mistral. The whole experience with CLV group was very good.My main contact was Veronica Martinez, she was very helpful and professional and made the whole transition very smooth .

So I went to look at this place on February 13th and decided to start the process. I spoke to person who showed the apartment about the refund of $500 deposit if my plan changes in future. I specifically asked a direct question will it be refunded if my plan changes for any reasons.
She gave me a very diplomatic answer and not an answer I was looking for.
I started the application and on February 15th I got a confirmation saying I got the apartment.
Due to some official reasons, My plans got changed and on Feb 23rd I reached out to the agent and she directed me to the administration. They did not own up to the miscommunications on their part and I lost my $500 deposit which they won’t refund.
Please be very sure if you are going to rent out a place here. Make sure you get verbal and written confirmation about your exact questions.
They have taken a profit of $500 on my application and I am pretty sure they will be able to rent it again easily as the move in date is May/June.
I will not be doing any business with this group and I wanted to make aware everyone else before they did a business with these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I let CLV know I was interested in renting one of their units at Le Mistral and a few hours later Mélyna Cadet got in contact with me and explained to me the application process. Less than 24 hours after filing out the application I heard back from CLV. Application process was quick and simple and Mélyna was very responsive. A very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Marisa Stefanelli in November as I was looking for an apartment for January. I asked her if she can let me know about the January availabilities and she delivered. She was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. I was not able to come in person for a visit, so she sent me detailed videos of the apartments I was interested in and even FaceTimed with me during the visit. She answered all my questions and was always very professional and polite. I couldn’t have asked for a better service from Marisa. I felt like I was in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veronika was very good and professional with showing the apartment and giving all the information. They have very good apartments in many addresses in Québec and Ontario. I think though they should let us know in advance about the limitations of the garage, since I was informed there will be no spot left for me by the time I move in.

She answered all of our questions and made a few very useful suggestions. The application process went very smoothly and we were approved within 24 hours :) Overall experience is very positive! My wife and I can strongly recommend CLV Group!
