I have never seen so many cockroaches in my life, this place is infested with cockroaches, I couldn't take it anymore and had to leave and lose all my appliances.

Nous avions débuté les démarches pour une location et alors que nous étions en processus d'enquête de crédit ils ont loué l'appartement à un autre sans nous en aviser, DEUX SEMAINES avant la date de déménagement. Le directeur régional nous a dit "c'est pas mon problème" en nous raccrochant au nez. AUCUNE HUMANITÉ. 0 stars, no worries for human beings. We had started the steps for a rental and while we were in the process of credit investigation they rented the apartment to another without notifying us, TWO WEEKS before the moving date. The regional manager told us "it's not my problem" by hanging up on us. NO HUMANITY.

Avant même d'arriver, ils nous ont dit être en train de faire des rénovations et qu'une femme de ménage allais passer puisque les dernier locataires étaient parti sans laver. Par rénovation, ils voulaient dire de poser un nouveau mirroir dans la salle de bain seulement et aucune femme de ménage n'est passée. Les murs sont en papier et de l'eau coule dans les murs. Chaque fois qu'il pleuvait on l'entendait. De plus, l'alarme de feu a dut sonner 30 fois dans les 2 ans (Oui, nous avions malheureusement signé pour 2 années) et ce a toutes heures. Les sorties de sécheuse n'ont pas été vidé depuis x nombre d'années. Je croyais que ma sécheuse fonctionnait mal, mais non. Ce sont les conduits qui sont pleins, prêt à prendre feu. I want to put 0, but unfortunately I cannot. It's the worst place to live. Before even arriving, they told us that they were doing renovations and that a cleaning lady was going to come by since the last tenants had left without washing. By renovation, they meant to put a new mirror in the bathroom only and no cleaning lady came by. The walls are made of paper and water is flowing through the walls. Every time it rained we could hear it. In addition, the fire alarm must have sounded 30 times within 2 years (Yes, we had unfortunately signed for 2 years) and this at all times. The dryer outlets have not been emptied for x number of years. I thought my dryer was malfunctioning, but no. These are the pipes that are full, ready to catch fire.

N'habitez pas la vous aller regretter! If I could put 0 I would. Janitors are the worst human on earth! No respect, they are liars and they do absolutely nothing! Do not live there you will regret!
