★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je demeure dans cet immeuble depuis plus de trois et nous avons un excellent service. Dès que l'on téléphone pour bris, la même journée un concierge vient vérifier pour faire la réparation. Les espaces communs sont très bien entretenus, l'immeuble est sécuritaire. Je recommande cet immeuble : tranquille, propre, sécuritaire, grand espace aire ouverte et près des services.
I have lived in this building for over three years and we have excellent service. As soon as we phone for breakage, the same day a janitor comes to check for the repair. The common areas are very well maintained, the building is safe. I recommend this building: quiet, clean, safe, large open space and close to services.

I have lived in the building since fall 2021 and the service is very good. I was delivered a beautiful well maintained apartment and the management staff are great. A team available and accessible at all times! I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented 5 Rue Speid for the first 5 months of this year and I have to say that it is one of the most comfortable houses I have ever rented. The rooms are really spacious and the shared kitchen is amazing and has everything a student needs. The landlord and her family are also very nice and inviting and will go out of their way to help you if ever need be. The building is also very close to Bishops University and just a few minutes walk to everything you need. All in all, it is an amazing place and I would definitely recommend to everyone.
