★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils on fait que la moitié du terrain et ne veulent pas se déplacer pour terminer l’arrosage pour le reste du terrain. Quand ont demandé un travail ont demandé un travail complet et non uniquement la moitié d’un travail. Très mauvais service et un manque total de professionnalisme
They're only doing half the pitch and don't want to move around to finish watering the rest of the pitch. When asked for a job asked for a full job, not just half a job. Very poor service and a total lack of professionalism

C’est la première fois que je fais traiter mon terrain et l’an dernier, j’avais demandé d’être présente lors de la visite pour l’estimation du traitement pour m’assurer qu’il n’y ai pas ambiguïté de la superficie a traiter et pour avoir des conseils pour les traitements nécessaire. Finalement, j’ai reçu une soumission pour les traitements que j’avais demandé initialement, sans plus… quelqu’un était passé sans m’en aviser. Ce qui devait arriver… arriva, le terrain n’est pas traité en entier, et même après avoir fait la demande pour faire traiter la balance du terrain. Ils ne passeront pas, car pour eux la séquence de traitement est terminée. Finalement, un conseil si vous faite affaire avec eux, pour toutes vos demandes, les faire via courriel et non par téléphone, au cas ou.
Heavily disappointed with the customer service. This is the first time that I have had my land treated and last year, I asked to be present during the visit for the estimation of the treatment to make sure that there was no ambiguity of the area to be treated and for advice on the necessary treatments. Eventually, I got a quote for the treatments I originally requested, no more ... someone went by without notifying me. What had to happen ... happened, the land is not treated in full, and even after making the request to have the balance of the land processed. They will not pass, because for them the processing sequence is over. Finally, a tip if you do business with them, for all your requests, do them via email and not by phone, just in case.
