Horrible !!!! My husband and me never had such a bad customer service, without talking about the multiple errors they did with heavy consequences. I do not recommend this insurance broker at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je prend jamais la peine de noter les mauvais service.Normalement je note seulement les bons mais dans le cas present .J'ai été conseiller un assurance qui offre le pire service inimaginable.Je crois que la note de 1 est bien.
I never bother to rate bad service. Normally I only rate good ones but in this case I was advised by an insurance company that provides the worst service imaginable. I believe a rating of 1 is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being and Anglophone, i was very happy with the service from this broker. i never felt out of place, was provided full clarity in English and they were friendly. i have especially dealt with Gabrielle Mousette and Sylvie Beachemin and my family of 5 that is with them have no complaints either. keep up the good work and i will highly recommend you to all my friends.
