 Poor customer service, no follow-up, no response to emails or phones. To date, we still have not received the service for which we contacted them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai appelé plusieurs arpenteurs afin de faire préparer un certificat de localisation dans ce marché immobilier de fou et Arlette, l'adjointe qui a répondu chez Katz, a été des plus extraordinaires et m'a offert un service hors pair ! C'est donc marché conclu et je reviendrai faire un commentaire une fois que le technicien sera venu faire le travail et m'aura remis le certificat. Merci et je recommande plus que chaudement cette entreprise jusqu'à maintenant :)
I called several surveyors to have a certificate of location prepared in this crazy real estate market and Arlette, the assistant who answered at Katz, was most extraordinary and offered me unparalleled service! So it's a deal done and I'll be back to comment once the technician has come to do the job and handed me the certificate. Thank you and I highly recommend this company so far :)
