★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed w/ our experience with Lefevre. There was ongoing construction and other projects on and around the building consistently and tenants were not compensated at all for the constant inconvenience. Building was broken into multiple times while living there which made it feel unsafe. Construction on our unit prior to moving in was subpar with errors all over. No smoking and no pet buildings consistently smelled like smoke and had pets going in and out all the time. Would not recommend Lefevre properties to anyone I know.
