I have been on the lookout for months before reaching out with Harshil Dokania on Facebook marketplace, he was quick to respond and set up a visit the very next day. I asked for a specific unit but he prepared multiple ones for me to visit and I fell in love with one of them! Harshil knew exactly what to look for an is very friendly and convivial. I do recommend reaching out to him if you are looking to rent, he has a lot more places other than Le Duke.

Upon looking at Le Duke, only to find out Harshil is also the realtor for the building. Couldn't be more please getting the same realtor, Harshil is punctual attentive and very professional, went out of his way to show me around and helped me exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to talk too and fast response upon answering my questions, would highly recommend Harshil to anyone!
A	Audrey Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harshil was a great realtor for the apartment. He’s very patient and quick to respond. I didn’t end up taking the place cause they didn’t have anymore units available. Their new stoves look great though and they have way bigger laundry machines than I’m use to which is great!
W	William Tremblay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a tenant, I strongly discourage anybody from living at Le Duke. Yes, building is nice, brand new condos, pool, IGA grocery store but management is horrible. Their only concern is to raise the occupancy rate at its highest, which has never been the case (right now it’s about 40%) given the high rents, even for the neighborhood. They will not accommodate you if your condo is defective and you will have to fight to switch to a new one or even to get a compensation (in vain!). If you check the reviews with 5 starts here, you are going to figure out that they are either irrelevant or posted by potential future tenants that visited some condos and that were advised by the same person to write something here… don’t get fooled! Most importantly, they also have a lot of issues with the AC (see photo attached with the error message) so get ready to melt with a temperature in your condo that will exceed 30 degrees. Very convenient when you work from home! All in all, most of my neighbors want to leave after their first year, I did not meet anybody that was happy living here. I am leaving one star for the doormen, the cleaning staff and the maintenance guy that are very nice.

The building is well built in downtown for someone who likes a beautiful view of the city next to many popular restaurants. I'm pretty satisfied thank you.
