Même le lien de téléchargement ne fonctionne pas. presqu'une semaine après avoir acheté le logiciel, je n'arrive toujours pas à l'installer et à l'utiliser. Pas de service à la clientèle en fin de semaine. Pas fort pour une entreprise qui offre plein de solutions au PME.
It is simply very disappointing. I regret having chosen this software. Even the download link does not work. almost a week after buying the software, I still can't install and use it. No customer service on weekends. Not strong for a company that offers lots of solutions for SMEs.

Support technique inexistant même avec un forfait.
Regardez plutôt pour des solutions comptables dans le nuage.
Software straight out of the 90s.
Technical support non-existent even with a package.
Instead, look for cloud accounting solutions.

Worst software EVER! After 10 months with them I still can't access my financials! Waste of time and money... now I need to migrate again within a short period of time to another software if I ever want to have those crucial informations I need to run my business
