★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je vous conseille ce centre si vous voulez voir des résultats et atteindre vos objectif. Après peu d'entraînement semi privé avec mon mari je sentais et voyais déjà la différence. Merci Andreanne de nous avoir redonné envie de bouger, c'est tellement plus facile maintenant d'etre actif ?
I recommend this center if you want to see results and achieve your goals. After a little semi private training with my husband I could already feel and see the difference. Thank you Andreanne for making us want to move again, it's so much easier to be active now ?

Ambiance géniale, coach / propriétaire, Kinésiologue compétente, souriante, disponible et attentive à vos besoins pour atteindre vos objectifs. Client depuis quelques semaines et j’ai toujours aussi hâte d’aller souffrir et dépasser mes limites. Vraiment une belle découverte!!

Just WoW !! Far from a simple standard Gym ...! Private or small group training tailored to you. Great atmosphere, coach / owner, qualified kinesiologist, smiling, available and attentive to your needs to achieve your goals. Customer for a few weeks and I'm always looking forward to suffering and exceeding my limits. Really a beautiful discovery !!

Des séances adaptées pour chacun et un encadrement motivant. Pour ma part je prend des séances depuis plusieurs semaines et j'adore l'expérience personnalisé.
Listening to our needs and supporting us through our physical challenges. Experience 5 stars, if you are afraid of the gym. This one will welcome you with pleasure. Sessions adapted for each and a motivating framework. For my part I take sessions for several weeks and I love the personalized experience.
