★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm having a hard time giving more than 2 stars to this place, i mean it is cozy, warm (perhaps too warm!) And hippy staff if that is what you're into.
I cannot think of negatives, perhaps on a Saturday night they could have opened the patio outside and lighten it up a bit more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here after a 6-hour hike expecting a nice pint. What I found, however, was flabbergasting in the most pleasing of ways. The service was warm, communicative and homely. It was like being embraced by a warm breeze in an otherwise sterile world of mediocre service. Fully recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to try baril roulant! Very cheerful and hippie looking staff. Nice cosy spot. Not fancy tho and very warm. I recommend! Havent tried the food tho i will definately go back + they have a place to sleep for very cheap which is worth if you have a few too many pints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy little microbrasserie in Val David, with nice small-town vibes. There was a live show the night we stopped by to grab a bite, so the place was packed. Friendly staff, good food and beer. The pizza was great, the nachos were OK but it was a little sweet for our taste. Would drop by again next time I'm in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious nachos with home made ketchup (the ingredient that make you want more). Pizzas are personal size and are greatly enhanced by the sauces (check the number of Peppers). Best sauce is Newton for balance between taste and hotness. Enjoy the shade outside (outlets available).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute little pub with good beers on tap but absolutely terrible food. Pizza wasn’t cooked on the bottom; it was actually cold in spots. They also were clearly completely ignoring Covid protocols. No one checked our vaccine passports and none of the staff were wearing masks.
