★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store was nice and clean and seemed to be well stocked. 3 cashiers were present to make sure there were no lines. Friendly staff there to assist. All checkout lanes had dividers to keep everyone safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beth, the consultant at this branch, pulled some magic tracking down and securing me 2 bottles of hard to find scotch that had under 10 bottles in the province. Two other LCBO employees at other locations wouldn't even try and further, her initial attempt was not successful, but Beth continued to try, and we finally got the good news for myself and our scotch-tasting club. I had worked with the previous outstanding consultant for many years and even not knowing me, Beth made an Above and Beyond Effort which we all very much appreciated! I really thought all hope was lost. Not so! 6 stars!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told to leave because my balaclava wasn't a proper mask and being refused service by some old whiney lady never had any issues any other place in Ontario twice here now with the same girl, when asked for a manager I was threatend I will be contacting the manager still no thank to the Karen working

I was picking out a parting gift for a co-worker and the staff were really friendly and provided some suggestions on a few different bottles of wine that were within my budget that would make a great gift. The staff are also following COVID-19 protocols as all other LCBO locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, friendly service whether giving recommendations or at checkout. I’m sometimes a last minute kind of customer and they don’t give a fuss about me walking in at 8:58pm for a quick grab when I’ve been accosted in London over it/barred from entering at 8:55pm. Hate being that guy but when I need it it’s appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of parking upon arrival and surrounded by more than a few other conveniences. Great service found inside. Lots of selection from around the world. Craft beer, vintage wine and top notch spirits if that’s what you’re into. Store was clean and organized. Highly recommend stopping in here if passing through.
